PRODIVANT's internal operations management platform. In addition to visualizing team assignments, project management, and monthly targets, it includes a technical skills-assessment system for engineer hiring. Completed from design to implementation in 1 week.

Operations Dashboard
Registers and manages team members, displays the project list and assignment status, and visualizes monthly revenue targets and progress.
Engineer Skills Assessment System
Creates and edits exams, issues unique links to candidates, and automatically records the session via the MediaRecorder API. One-time token authentication prevents cheating.
SPA Architecture
React on the frontend and a Django REST API backend. Django Admin is also used to minimize the development cost of the admin interface.

Solution
Cheating Prevention Through Recording
Automatically records the candidate during the exam via the MediaRecorder API. The access token is invalidated the moment the exam starts, making retakes impossible.
