Surge（以下「本アプリ」）は、ユーザーの個人データを一切収集・送信しません。 タスク・アイデア・宣言などアプリ内で入力した情報は、すべてお使いの端末内にのみ保存されます。 アカウント登録は不要で、サーバーへの送信、第三者への提供、広告・解析目的の追跡も行いません。
本アプリは、氏名・メールアドレス・位置情報・連絡先・端末識別子を含む、いかなる個人情報も収集しません。アカウント登録機能もありません。
ユーザーが本アプリに入力したタスク、アイデア、爆発／休むの宣言、配色や外観の設定は、端末内のローカル保存領域（オペレーティングシステムが提供するアプリ専用のローカルストレージ）にのみ保存されます。これらのデータが端末外に送信されることはなく、提供者を含むいかなる第三者もアクセスできません。
本アプリはデータを収集しないため、第三者への提供・販売・共有は一切行いません。広告ネットワークや解析サービス（アクセス解析、クラッシュ解析等）も組み込んでいません。
本アプリはオフラインで動作し、ユーザーデータを外部サーバーへ送信するための通信を行いません。
すべてのデータは端末内にのみ存在します。本アプリをアンインストールするか、OS のアプリデータ削除機能を使用することで、保存されたデータは端末から完全に削除されます。提供者側にはデータが存在しないため、削除依頼の対象となるデータはありません。
本アプリは特定の年齢層を対象とした設計ではありませんが、いかなる利用者からも個人データを収集しません。13歳未満の児童を含め、収集される情報はありません。
本アプリは、データ収集を目的とした端末権限（位置情報、連絡先、カメラ、マイク等）を要求しません。
本ポリシーは、機能変更や法令対応のために改定されることがあります。重要な変更がある場合は、本ページの最終更新日を改定し、本ページ上で告知します。

Surge ("the App") does not collect or transmit any personal data. Information you enter in the App — tasks, ideas, declarations, and settings — is stored solely on your device. No account is required, and we do not send data to any server, share it with third parties, or track you for advertising or analytics.
The App collects no personal information whatsoever, including name, email address, location, contacts, or device identifiers. There is no account registration.
Tasks, ideas, "explode / rest" declarations, and color and appearance settings you enter are stored only in your device's local app storage provided by the operating system. This data never leaves your device and cannot be accessed by anyone, including the provider.
Because the App collects no data, we never provide, sell, or share any data with third parties. The App contains no advertising networks or analytics services (access analytics, crash analytics, etc.).
The App works offline and performs no communication to transmit user data to external servers.
All data exists only on your device. Uninstalling the App or using your operating system's clear-app-data function permanently removes the stored data from your device. The provider holds no data, so there is no data subject to deletion requests.
The App is not designed for a specific age group, but it collects no personal data from any user. No information is collected, including from children under 13.
The App does not request device permissions for the purpose of data collection (location, contacts, camera, microphone, etc.).
This policy may be revised for feature changes or legal compliance. For significant changes, we will update the "Last updated" date on this page and post a notice here.
